Measure Chest
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, which is usually just under your armpits at nipple level, and make sure it remains parallel to the ground. Measure in centimeters and round up to the nearest whole number. Please measure with an unlined bra on or without a bra. Do not measure in a sports bra, minimizer, padded or push up bra.

Measure Waist
Place the tape measure around your waist at the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs. If you have trouble finding this point, lean to one side and see where the skin folds. This is the point where you can measure your waist. Make sure it's level and a snug fit. Breathe normally and measure after you have breathed out.

Measure Hip
Stand with your feet together and your shoulders relaxed. Find the widest part of your hips, which is usually the roundest part of your rear. Wrap the measuring tape around your hips and over your hip bones on both sides. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight, keep the tape level and parallel to the floor.
